Most people are internally overstimulated without realising it. Physical motion paired with rhythmic sensory feedback gives nervous energy somewhere to go — discharging it through the body instead of letting it loop in the mind. Move until you feel the shift.
What are modes? +
Modes are different pulse patterns grouped into three families: Fast Energy (buzzy, electric — for discharging high activation), Regulation (slow, grounding — for nervous system settling), and Motion Amplifiers (responsive, dynamic — for when you need to feel in control). Each feels different. Try them and find what your body responds to.
Do I need internet to use it? +
No. StressPhone works completely offline. Your sessions, stats, and progress are all stored locally on your device. Nothing leaves your phone.
What's StressPhone Pro? +
Pro unlocks every pulse mode, all color themes, adjustable haptic strength, session insights and streaks, and every future mode we add. More modes means more ways to meet your nervous system where it is. You can also unlock individual modes and themes if you prefer.
